چکیده

In this paper we propose a unification method in order to be able to checking what fusion theory, what combination fusion rule, and what filtering method to use for data fusion, image fusion, and target tracking for each military application. We thus try to solving air force problems using a combination of fusion theories, rules, and target tracking algorithms. Introduction. We focus on four topics for this research: unification of fusion theories and rules, unification of filter algorithms, data fusion and image fusion using neutrosophic logic, and non-linear sequences for target tracking. 1) Unification of Fusion Theories and Rules (UFTR) Since no fusion theories neither rules fully work for all applications, we propose Unification of Fusion Theories and of combination of fusion rules in solving problems/applications. For each particular application, one selects the most appropriate model, rule(s), and algorithm of implementation. We are working in the unification of the fusion theories and rules, which looks like a logical chart for a computer programmer. The unification scenario should periodically be updated incorporating new discoveries from the fusion and engineering research. Amongst fusion theories we remind the most known ones: Bayesian Theory, Dempster-Shafer Theory (DST), Transferable Belief Model (TBM), and Dezert-Smarandache Theory (DSmT). 2) Unification of Filter Algorithms (UFA) The idea is to extend the NIS [Normalized Innovation Squared] procedure and take into consideration all filters to find out which works better. 3) Data Fusion and Image Fusion Methods using Neutrosophic Logic

Estimation of LOS Rates for Target Tracking Problems using EKF and UKF Algorithms- a Comparative Study

One of the most important problem in target tracking is Line Of Sight (LOS) rate estimation for using from PN (proportional navigation) guidance law. This paper deals on estimation of position and LOS rates of target with respect to the pursuer from available noisy RF seeker and tracker measurements. Due to many important for exact estimation on tracking problems must target position and Line O...

Adaptive Fusion of Inertial Navigation System and Tracking Radar Data

Against the range-dependent accuracy of the tracking radar measurements including range, elevation and bearing angles, a new hybrid adaptive Kalman filter is proposed to enhance the performance of the radar aided strapdown inertial navigation system (INS/Radar). This filter involves the concept of residual-based adaptive estimation and adaptive fading Kalman filter and tunes dynamically the fil...
